France-Istres: Repair and maintenance services
The services consist of cutting aquatic plants which have been able to invade the network and cleaning the channels.
The contract shall be concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification. It may be renewed annually expressly 3 times, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, at least three months before the annual deadline, for a total period not exceeding 4 years.
This formalised procedure is subject to the provisions of Articles 33 (3) and 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code and Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code.
This is an order form contract with a maximum of EUR 70 000 excluding tax for the initial period and each renewal period.
Candidates must carry out an on-site visit to familiarise themselves with all the services to be carried out, in accordance with the provisions of the ACTP. A visit report must be completed, dated and signed on the day of the visit.
In this context, two dates are proposed by the Collectivity:
Mercedi 19.11.2014, meeting after Technical Services from 9: 00 to 12: 00.
Or
Mercedi 26.11.2014, go to the Technical Services at 9: 00 to 12: 00.
Each company withdrawing a contract file must inform the following e-mail address of the date chosen to carry out the on-site visit: commande.publique@istres.fr.
