Description

The measure involves the production of a depot for local bus operations. The client intends to replace the existing depot with a new building. The construction of the new building must be carried out during operation. For this reason, the construction project is carried out in 2 construction phases. With the 1. Construction phase can only be started after partial demolition, see attached construction schedule. The storage hall and parts of the buildings belonging to the workshop will be demolished. The majority of the workshops and the administration building will be completed by the beginning of the 2nd century. Construction phase, remain fully operational. Only after the end of the 1. Construction phase and commissioning of the new workshop, the new car wash, the new administration building, the dismantling, the old workshop and the old administration building, can be completed with the 2. Construction phase is started. The execution of the metal construction interior doors & windows takes place in the 1. BA & 2. BA. Interruptions caused by the construction process must be expected.
