Description

The primary school of the municipality of Wandlitz is located on the site at the sports hall. Due to the increasing number of pupils, the municipality of Wandlitz is planning a new building to expand the existing primary school (short: EGW). The three-storey extension complements the existing primary school on its southwestern side. The new building comprises a total of 23 classrooms including adjoining rooms, an administration area, as well as a canteen kitchen with a large dining room on the ground floor. The property is owned by the municipality of Wandlitz. The area of the elementary school Wandlitz is located on the Prenzlauer Chaussee. The extension will be built along the south-eastern boundary of the property, parallel to the street An der Sporthalle. In addition to the primary school, a sports hall and a parking lot, there are also various sports facilities on the school grounds. The construction area of the new building, including adjoining outdoor space with access and parking spaces, covers a total of approximately 5,000 square meters. The area is available as a construction site furnishing area, a construction fence is provided. Due to the structural expansion of the primary school, the construction site at the northwestern end connects directly to the existing school building. The terrain is level. For the project Extension Elementary School Wandlitz, a BNB certification in silver with the system variant Teaching Building, Version 2017 (BNB_UN_2017) is being sought. In addition, the client has applied for funding as a climate-friendly non-residential building with QNG (KFN NWG-QNG), which is why compliance with the special requirements of the Quality Seal Sustainable Buildings (QNG-Plus) is required (requirements level QNG-Plus). In order to achieve this objective, compliance with the requirements set out in the annexes to the schedule of services is required during the planning and construction of the project.
