Description

This procedure follows the declaration without further action of the initial procedure dated 14 January 2025 on grounds of public interest pursuant to Article R.2185-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The consistency of the mission is more precisely described in the program of the operation and in all the documents of the consultation file. This contract is not alloti. The contract is broken down into two successive phases (not equivalent to tranches or lots) described in the consultation regulation. The contract integrates, in accordance with articles L 2112-2 to L 2112-4 of the Code of Public Order, a component of insertion of the public in social or professional difficulty in order to allow their access or their return to employment. The application of the insertion clause must comply with the recommendations applicable to the Île de France Region. At least 6% of the hours worked must be entrusted to persons experiencing particular social or professional difficulties in gaining access to employment (see Article L5212-13 of the Labour Code). The contract includes an optional tranche relating to the filing of an amending building permit
