Description

Dem LZN obliegt die Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen für die unmittelbare niedersächsische Landesverwaltung (vgl. § 2 der Betriebsanweisung des LZN). Mit Zustimmung seiner Aufsichtsbehörde kann das LZN weitere Aufgaben für öffentlich-rechtliche Bedarfsträger innerhalb und außerhalb der niedersächsischen Landesverwaltung sowie für privatrechtliche Gesellschaften in vollständiger Eigentümerschaft der öffentlichen Hand übernehmen (vgl. § 3 Betriebsanweisung). IIn dieser Zuständigkeit umfasst der Auftrag den Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen (§ 21 VgV) über die Lieferung von Funkstreifenwagen (FUSTW) Kombilimousine BEV. Die Artikel werden in den Webshop des LZN eingestellt und als Online-Bestellungen abgerufen. Abrufberechtigt sind alle Dienststellen der Polizei Niedersachsen, Bremen/Bremerhaven und Thüringen. Nähere Einzelheiten zu Art und Umfang des Auftrags sind der Leistungsbeschreibung - Technischer Teil (Teil B) zu entnehmen.
