The City of Lidingö (the city), the city management office, has been commissioned to procure contracts for an operating system for the building permit unit at the Environmental and Urban Planning Office (msk). The City of Lidingö is one of Stockholm County's municipalities and has just over 48,000 inhabitants. The city includes the island of Lidingö and a number of surrounding archipelagos and is divided into 18 districts where the population varies from a hundred to just over 5,000. The Building Permit Unit handles and advises on building permits, land permits and demolition permits, as well as advises on other issues that may arise in a construction context. The unit handles the building notification, mandatory ventilation control and supervision of lifts.
