Description

The subject of the contract consists of the installation, hire and maintenance of a reprography centre including:
— 2 Noir and Blanc printers (N_B), the overall production of which can be estimated at approximately 12 000 000 copies per year,
— A colour printer whose production can be estimated at 1 000 000 copies per year,
— A colour scanning unit integrated into a N_B printer or the colour printer,
— Finishing units:
(a) sorting, stapling, folding, trimming, perforation;
(b) as a mandatory option: stapled square backs,
— Networking of machinery,
— An integrated software solution enabling:
(a) the joint management of N_B machines and colour;
(b) as a mandatory option: a web-to-print solution for integrated reprography centre, namely: the possibility for all users to submit their printing requests by means of a simple interface which will accept the conversion of documents into a single format (PDF or other) and/or the use of the file into a standard format (doc, xls, ppt, etc.), the generation of a job ticket,
— Support throughout the market for the maintenance of equipment, tools and continuous upgrades to the knowledge of members of the reprography centre.
