Description

Hamburg Port Authority AöR, HPA, hereinafter referred to as AG, is planning the backfilling of the horse canal and the southern part of the horse port along the Neuhöfer Kais.
The Hazard Exploitation Division (GEKV) of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) provides an aerial photo analysis for the area under investigation. It follows that, in the field of construction, there is a large part of the suspicion of warfare.
According to the FHH’s Ordonnance Ordinance, before construction starts (in this case: Interventions in the substrate) to take appropriate measures in so far as these are necessary to prevent risks and damage from ordrugs during the execution of the works.
In a previous measure, the water sole in the Roßhafen was examined using computerised surface sounding and identified anomalies/impacts detected.
The subject of this invitation to tender is the clearance of a total of 495 detected anomalies and of 5 areas with a total size of approximately 550 m² by means of divers.
