Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the performance of a service of technical inspections of medical equipment and devices specified in Annex No 2 to the Tender Specifications, hereinafter referred to as ‘swz’, for the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, according to the quantitative list set out in Annex No. 2 to the swz, on the terms set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the swz. 2. Under the concept of technical inspection of medical equipment and devices referred to in sec. 1, is understood as the performance of activities, the scope of which is determined by the service documentation of the manufacturer of the device. 3. All installed components, parts and sub-assemblies of medical equipment and devices during the technical inspection must be new (i.e. not repaired and not remanufactured). 4.
