Description

Autoritatea contractanta va incheia un acord cadru pe o perioada de 36 de luni calendaristice, cu un singur operator economic, atribuind ulterior contracte subsecvente de prestare de “Servicii integrate de telefonie mobilă, voce și date” pentru cantitatile stabilite de catre autoritatea contractanta.
Fiecare contract subsecvent va fi incheiat pe o perioada de 12 luni, in limita bugetului alocat pentru aceasta achizitie.
Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet solicitărilor de clarificări/informațiilor suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire în a 12- a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul până la care se transmit solicitările de clarificări, este de 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
