Description
1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of reservation, sale and delivery services for domestic and international flights and insurance policies for the University of Gdańsk, hereinafter referred to as ‘the service’. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 60400000-2 (air transport services), 63512000-1 (travel ticket and package sales services), 66512000-2 (accident and health insurance services). 3. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) reservation, sale and delivery of air tickets on domestic and international flights, 2) reservation, sale and delivery of insurance policies. 4. The subject of the contract will be implemented successively. Each delivery of airline tickets and/or insurance policies will take place on the basis of partial orders placed by the Ordering Party resulting from its current needs. 5. The detailed description and scope of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 4 to the SWZ. 6. The contract with the selected Contractor will be concluded for the gross value that the Ordering Party intends to allocate for the performance of the contract. The contracting authority will indicate this value on the website of the procedure. 7. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to exhaust in full the gross value of the contract corresponding to a maximum of 20% of the gross value of the Contractor's remuneration specified in § 3 sec. 2 of Annex 5 to the SWZ – the draft contract and thus the non-exhaustion of the gross value of the contract in its entirety. In this case, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party, including a request for performance of the contract up to the amount specified in § 3 sec. 2 of Annex 5 to the SWZ – draft contract. The envisaged resignation will result in a corresponding change in the final maximum value of remuneration due to the Contractor and does not constitute an amendment to the contract requiring the conclusion of an annex. 8. Requirements for employment by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2024, item 17, as amended), are set out in Section 6 of Annex 5 to the SWZ – draft contract. 9. The contracting authority informs that during the implementation of the contract there may be contracts that will be paid for from EU, foreign and national projects listed in Annex 7 to the list of projects. 10. In the case of contracts paid for from EU and foreign projects and domestic or other projects acquired by the Ordering Party after the date of signing this contract, the requirement of promotional obligations rests with the organizational unit of the University of Gdańsk making the contract.
