Germany-Rosenheim: Architectural, engineering and surveying services
Description:
As part of the flood protection measures in the lower Mangfall Valley, the Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Rosenheim Water Management Office, is planning to build a flood retention basin at the Mangfall near Feldolling (to Feldkirchen-Westerham). The planning approval procedure has been completed. An office for the production of ground mechanics and basic building statistics is already in place.
The Feldolling flood retention basin (short: HRB Feldolling) is planned on the right side of the mangfall just underflow of the mouth of the conductor into the mangfall case and extends from Mangfall km 25 + 800 to km 23 + 000. Understream, the planned HRB Feldolling is adjacent to the underwater basins of the pumped storage facility Leitzach der Stadtwerke München (Leitzachwerke). The HRB Feldolling is designed as a controlled retention basin in the side-circuit. The HRB is filled via a solid military structure with 12 fields (inlet structure) and emptied by two excavators. An overview of the main structures of the HRB Feldolling can be found in the enclosed location plan. The construction costs amount to approximately EUR 31500000 (net).
Scope of construction:
— Retention volume approx. 6 620 000 m³;
— Dam tree: approx. 4.05 km, dam heights between 2.5 and 10.50 m, max. dam height of 9 m, earthworks for dam construction approx. 525 000 m³, interior seal in earth concrete walls (partly with static load) approx. 30 000 m², single-phase slurry wall in the shut-off dam approx. 21 500 m²;
— Solid structures: Concrete cupboard approx. 5 500 m³;
— Road construction: Adaptation of existing roads (riparian and district road) and construction of new operating route in the south with approximately 60 000 m³ of dam shaking, surface layers of approx. 17 000 m²;
— Allocation of various sectors, such as gas, Telekom, 25 kV lines;
— Drilling pile walls approx. 3 000 m²;
— Walls approx. 165 to.
