Czech Republic-Prague: Architectural and related services
The object of the competition is an architectural design contest aimed at finding and rewarding the most suitable and architecturally valuable solution to the subject matter of the competition (i.e. the most suitable design), for the future construction of contemporary, durable and socially useful structures – Biocentra and Globcentra in the Albertov campus in Prague – Nové Město. The Lender will look for a partner from among the awarded authors to process all stages of the project documentation of the Biocentre and Globcent buildings, including the related infrastructure and operational files.
The authors of the three best proposals will be invited by the advertiser to a negotiated procedure without publication in accordance with Section 23(6) of Act No 137/2006 on public procurement. The result of the negotiated procedure without publication will be the award of a contract for the processing of the subsequent performance phases of the project work (completion of the construction design, EIA management, documentation for the development consent and development consent, implementation documentation, documentation of actual implementation, cooperation in the selection of the contractor, supervision of the works, supervision of interiors and laboratory furniture, supervision of the implementation and putting into use of the construction and all engineering activities).
