Description

Die GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg, hier die Region GMH Süd, betreut für die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg die Standorte der allgemeinbildenden Schulen südlich der Norderelbe. Die Bewirtschaftung der Liegenschaften umfasst auch bauliche Maßnahmen wie Instandsetzung, Neu- und Umbau. Daraus resultiert eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung der wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge zwischen Bauinvestitions-und Betriebskosten. Neben dem Ziel der wirtschaftlichen Umsetzung der übertragenen Leistungen verfolgt GMH ein hohes Maß an Transparenz und Beteiligungen der Schulen.
In dieser Tätigkeit wurde die GMH mit dem Neubau einer 4- bis 5- zügigen Schule für die Jahrgangsstufen 0 bis 13 am Standort Vogelhüttendeich 120 in Hamburg beauftragt.
