Description

The object of this contract is the concierge service, cleaning and surveillance of the facilities and sports halls of the public centers of early childhood and primary education dependent on the municipality of Santiago de Compostela. In this case the contractor undertakes to perform the service successively and for a unit price, without the total number of hours to be performed as a result of the services included in the subject matter of this contract being precisely defined at the time of conclusion of this contract, as they are subordinated to the needs of this Administration. The procurement is divided into two lots: LOT I – Comprehensive provision of concierge services, cleaning and supervision of the facilities of the public nursery and primary education centres of the municipality of Santiago de Compostela. LOT II – Comprehensive provision of concierge and cleaning services in the sports halls of the public nursery and primary schools for sports activities of the municipality of Santiago de Compostela
