Description

Under Paragraph 88(3) of the Jurisdiction Ordinance (ZustV) of 16 June 2015, the City of Herzogenaurach is competent to prosecute and punish administrative offences under Paragraph 24 of the Road Traffic Act (StVG) in the same way as the Bavarian State Police. The city shall carry out speed monitoring in the transferred sphere of activity in accordance with the rules applicable to police speed monitoring. The scope of the monitoring of flowing traffic is determined by the agreement on the monitoring of the permissible speed of vehicles with the competent Central Franconia Police Headquarters. For this purpose, the assignment of workers in accordance with the AÜG and the provision of the technology for the implementation of the monitoring of flowing traffic, including the implementation of the internal service for the purpose of prevention/prevention of dangers in road traffic are advertised.
