1. The subject of the contract is: a) Supply of active circulatory pumps that draw blood directly from the left ventricle of the heart for the HSC in the assortment, the estimated quantity and the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the HSC. b) Supply of control units for heart pumps 2 pcs for the HSC, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’, in the assortment, the estimated quantity and the requirements set out in Annex 4 to the HSC. c) Service for the control units supplied to the HSC with the assortment and the quantities detailed in Annex 5 to the HSC. These activities are aimed at maintaining full technical and operational efficiency, and extending trouble-free working time, as well as ensuring that the operating parameters of medical equipment will be in accordance with the values assumed by the manufacturer.
