The construction measure consists of the renovation, energy upgrading and design and historical optimisation of the former Karmeliterklosterkloster in Boppard, which is now used as a municipal authority (hereinafter also called carmeliter or administrative building). The building is under heritage protection and is located in the core area of the city of Boppard. In the north, a church joins. On the east side, the Karmeliterstrasse runs parallel to the building. On the south side, the access to the adjacent car park ‘Karmeliterstraße’ is immediately connected.
