Poland-Opole: Road-repair works

The subject of the contract is works to maintain and renovate the road surface of municipal roads within the Bierkowice, Półwieś, Szczepanowice, Wójtowa Wieś, Groszowice, Malina, Grotowice and Nowa Wieś Królewska in Opola.
The description of the subject-matter of the contract includes the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works and the bill of measurement drawn up by Edward King EdKom – Opole on behalf of the Municipality of Roads in Opole.
Scope of work:
(a) milling of bituminous surfaces, demolition of the surface, emergency protection of the surface, double surface fixation, thin ruging, balancing, binding and wearing layer of asphalt concrete and SMA, partial refurbishment of asphalt concrete, partial repairs and new surfaces with hard cast asphalt, geostation;
(b) construction of bed, sand ballasting, crushed base, cement stabilisation, partial repairs and new surfaces from concrete cubes, trilinkes, stone cubes 10 and 18, demolition, positioning and ratio of concrete, stone kerbs, deconstruction of concrete, crushed and kernel substrates;
(C) height adjustment of the drain, inspection and slide well, well-working with a canal, linear drainage, cleaning and reinforcement of ditches, culverts and wells, maintenance of the shoulders and pads;
(D) the filling of welds on the surface of the stone cube and the tuber;
(e) the execution of the works on the instructions of the Contracting Authority, the contracting authority shall specify in each case the scope of the works, the time limits for completion and their approximate value;
(F) elimination of damage to the road surface after the winter period by 30.4. of the year in question.
The extent to which the road surface of district roads is maintained and renovated in accordance with the tender estimate.
a. Execution of the works at the request of the Contracting Authority, with the contracting authority specifying in each case the scope of the works, the time limits for completion and their approximate value.
b. End damage to the road surface after winter by 30 April of a given year (depending on atmospheric conditions).
The extent of the works to be carried out will depend on the needs involved and the financial resources available to maintain them.
The contracting authority shall provide for the award of supplementary contracts referred to in Article 67. 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Act amounting to 30 % of the basic contract.A supplementary contract will be awarded where there is a justified need to repeat the subject matter of the contract for the performance of works compatible with the subject-matter of the basic contract covering the works in points 1(a) to (d).
