Description

To support the urban dynamics of the Fondeyre sector, the city hall of Toulouse plans to strengthen the offer in terms of proximity equipment. Thus the Fondeyre sector will host a new school group that will have a capacity of 22 classes (9 kindergartens and 13 elementary). This construction will be located in the heart of a new district under construction of collective housing, and close to the future metro station. It will have to achieve the highest level of environmental performance that corresponds to positive energy buildings, or the E4 level of the E+C- label by considering the E3 level achieved without photovoltaic production. The school group will necessarily include "oase" courses that contribute to the fight against urban heat islands, to greater planting associated with a global reflection on rainwater management and soil permeability. This equipment must be delivered in the 2nd quarter of 2027 for an opening of the school at the beginning of the school year in September 2027. Financing from own funds of the City of Toulouse. Withholding guarantee of 3% Advance expected to the market under the conditions of the CCAP. The services are paid by flat-rate prices, which can be revised monthly
