Constituye el objeto de este contrato la prestaciĆ³n del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio en el municipio de Ibi, que consiste en atender a nivel preventivo, educativo y asistencial a personas y / o nĆŗcleos de convivencia, en el propio domicilio, con dificultades para mantener y / o restablecer su bienestar fĆ­sico, familiar y social, al objeto de posibilitar su permanencia en el hogar y entorno comunitario, y evitar su ingreso en una instituciĆ³n, mientras ello sea posible y conveniente. En las modalidades de personas en situaciĆ³n de dependencia, personas que precisan esta atenciĆ³n y no estĆ”n en la situaciĆ³n anterior y personas y nĆŗcleos de convivencia que precisan apoyo social y educativo.
