Description

The subject-matter of this contract is the further development of the information system for recording national taxes (SPD), fines and fees of the split administration (‘the VSD system’ or ‘the VSD application’) and the technical support of the VSD system. A description of the VSD system, including a description of its individual components and information on cooperating systems and modules and other related information and requirements, is given in Annex 1 to the ZD – Technical specification for the public contract ‘Development and technical support of the VSD system’. The subject-matter of the public contract is specified in more detail in Article 1.9 ‘Development requirements — Annexes No 1 to the ZD — Technical specifications for the public contract ‘Development and technical support of the VSD system’ as regards the further development of the VSD system, — Annex No 2 to the ZD — Binding model framework agreement for work with option (‘Binding model agreement for work’) and — Annex No 3 to the ZD — Binding model contract for support with option (‘Binding model contract for support’) (Annex No 2 and 3 together ‘Binding model contracts’).
