Acord cadru 2 ani - Servicii de intretinere, constatare/diagnosticare, reglari si reparatii, inclusiv furnizare de piese de schimb si materiale de exploatare pentru autoutilitare multimarca, MTMA < 3.5 t, conform cerintelor caietului de sarcini-DRDP Buzau. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru, pentru 2 ani: Valoare maxima Acord Cadru : 800.000 lei fara TVA Valoare minima Acord Cadru: 280.000 lei fara TVA Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 140.000 lei fara TVA Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 400.000 lei fara TVA A. Conform art. 160 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare in legatura cu Documentatia de Atribuire este in a 20-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. Conform obligatiei prevazute la art.160 alin 2 din Legea 98/2016, modificata si completata, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si concret la toate solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi dinainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A), va pune autoritatea contractanta in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la punctul B) si drept urmare orice solicitare de clarificare in termenele mentionate se va considera tardiva. C. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A, va pune AC in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns si drept urmare se va considera TARDIVA. D. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
