Description

The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of project documentation of the new building of the pavilion for the treatment of infectious and pulmonary diseases with the necessary technical background. The project documentation will also address the necessary related demolition of the storage facility and the gas reserve building, as well as be part of the WWTP reconstruction project, construction of the medical technology building and warehouse, underground collector, modification of existing outdoor paved areas and connection of the building to the technical infrastructure. The subject of performance is also all engineering activities, activities related to the public procurement procedure for the selection of the contractor and the performance of copyright supervision. Project documentation in all stages will be processed by the BIM method. The project will include an analysis of operating costs, with a variant solution of energy sources and energy intensity influenced by the technical solution of the pavilion. The result of the analysis will be 3 variants of investment vs. operating costs, with a view to 10 years.
