Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services in production mode of the implemented elements of the National Educational Data System (KSDO), the development of the above System and the provision of additional services (information, service and special). By the concept of maintenance services, the Ordering Party understands all activities ensuring the continuous operation of the System, both in terms of system administration, user support, monitoring the operation of the System, taking preventive actions and removing possible errors. Under the concept of development, the Ordering Party understands, in particular, the creation of new functionalities of the System and the introduction of changes in existing functionalities. Development may occur as a result of the need to adapt the system to the current legal status, but also the Ordering Party's orders in terms of increasing ergonomics, improving performance or creating new functionalities.
