The subject of the contract is: ‘SUCCESSIVE SUPPLY OF MEDICINES USED IN MEDICINAL PROGRAMMES: - B.55 - Treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis - B.32 - Treatment of Crohn's disease" - B.33 - Treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis" By successive delivery of pharmaceutical products, the Ordering Party understands the cyclical delivery of pharmaceutical products during the term of the contract in accordance with the orders placed by the Ordering Party. The contracting authority divided the subject-matter of the contract into 9 packages (lots) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract containing information on the assortment, quantity and requirements is set out in Annexes 3 and 3a to the EMS. The contracting authority in Annex 3 requires the contractor to provide the trade name of the medicine, the EAN code and the manufacturer of the subject-matter of the contract offered by the contractor.
