The object of the public procurement is ‘supply of goods by purchase’ within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP) and has as its object the conclusion of a contract for the supply and purchase of a set of galvanised consoles, in accordance with the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority. Any interested party may submit a tender provided that it meets the requirements of the Public Procurement Act, the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Act (PPZOP) and the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the notice and the documentation for participation.
