Study on knowledge of water management on the Allier replenished axis: Further study and finalisation of the analysis of the type Hydrology Environment Uses and Climate (HMUC)
To complete the ongoing HMUC study on the Allier basin carried out by the Loire public establishment, supplements are to be carried out on the perimeter concerning only the replenished Allier axis (river and side table) in order to define seasonal target flows at the nodal points of the territory and harvestable volumes for each management unit. Support for the definition of short-term management is also expected. The subject of the contract includes the following services: • Complementation of the Hydrology component in order to standardise methods with the Loire axis study and extend the reference period (2000-2022) and integration of the "Naussac low-watering support" elements resulting from the Loire Public Establishment study • Complementation of the Uses component (2000-2022), • Integration of the available Climate elements from Explorer 2.0 and via the INRAE ECHLO project • Integration of the Environment elements that will be available via another consultation • Definition of target flows at nodal points and pre-loadable volumes (VP) associated with each management unit (MU) by crossing the 4 components • Support for structural management and the definition of short-term management
