Description

Die TIWAG plant die Einführung eines SAP Adapters für das JIRA Servicemanagement des Herstellers Atlassian. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet die Lizenzierung der SW, die Implementierung und Anbindung an das Jira Servicemanagement (Cloud) an SAP sowie einen Wartungsvertrag (Support 5x8) durch einen Wirtschaftsteilnehmer. Zusätzlich ist vorgesehen eine Rahmenvereinbarung für Tätigkeiten nach Übernahme der Software abzuschließen.
