Supply and installation and maintenance of medical equipment, medical devices, appliances and systems for the Emergency Surgical Block in the UKC DTS ground floor facility, phase 3b and phase 3c.

The subject-matter of the contract includes, in the context of the supply and installation of equipment, the following /depending on the lot of the contract/: the supply of equipment in accordance with the requirements in this documentation, the installation and/or installation or installation of the supplied equipment, the execution of the necessary GOI works required for the installation and installation of certain equipment, the functional testing of all supplied equipment and the submission of the relevant reports, the verification of the achievement of the required parameters (for equipment where provided for in the technical requirements), the handover of all technical documentation for use, operation and maintenance, the handover of all supplied equipment to the user, the training/training of the user's staff, the correction of defects within a period of at least 24 months of the warranty period starting from the written handover of the equipment to the customer/user under the contract, the preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment within the warranty period/applicable to all lots/, the connection to the user's BIS/RIS/PACS systems/for equipment where required/. The subject of the public contract in the context of maintenance includes preventive and curative maintenance during the warranty period and the post-guarantee period, as follows: 1. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE means ensuring the implementation of regular maintenance, the number of regular maintenance services according to the manufacturer's instructions (at least 1x per year), including all spare parts (including expensive spare parts, such as UZ probes, ...) and consumables, labour costs and travel costs; e.g.: control of the condition of equipment and its functionality, detection and correction of defects, verification and optimisation of functional parameters of operation, cleaning and control of equipment, issue of a service report and a label on the equipment with the date and signature of the inspection (indicate the number of obligatory and recommended services per year). The list of all required preventive maintenance works of the manufacturer and the price list of spare parts and consumables must be attached to the offer. The tenderer may submit an English version of the document containing a detailed description and list of preventive maintenance works, together with a Slovenian summary of the works. 2. CURATIVE MAINTENANCE means emergency services (service repairs) or the elimination of equipment defects by replacing worn out, defective parts and consumables for the equipment in question and bringing the devices to the stage of correct and faultless operation. 3. MAINTENANCE IN THE WARRANTY HAND: during the warranty period of at least 24 months, the provider must provide preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment free of charge (points 1 and 2). Service in the framework of curative maintenance is carried out at the request of the user, including all spare parts and consumables, as well as other necessary material and small inventory for the provision of services, including transport and all other costs. /applies to all lots/ 4. MAINTENANCE IN THE AGREEMENT PERIOD: during the three-year guarantee period, the provider must ensure preventive maintenance and curative maintenance of the equipment (points 1 and 2). Service in the context of curative maintenance is performed at the request or order of the client (user) and according to his actual needs. Before the acceptance of an individual contract, a tender shall be submitted to the contracting authority, which shall be confirmed in writing by the contracting authority before the maintenance is carried out. Spare parts and consumables are charged at the prices indicated in the price list (separate order) submitted in the offer, and working hours at the price indicated in the offer pro forma invoice (the price of the working hour includes travel and transport costs). /applies to all lots except for lots 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 33, 34, 35/ 5. MAINTENANCE IN THE AGREEMENT PERIOD: during the 6-year guarantee period, the provider must ensure preventive maintenance and curative maintenance of the equipment (points 1 and 2). Service in the context of curative maintenance is performed at the request or order of the client (user) and according to his actual needs. Before the acceptance of an individual contract, a tender shall be submitted to the contracting authority, which shall be confirmed in writing by the contracting authority before the maintenance is carried out. Spare parts and consumables are charged at the prices indicated in the price list (separate order) submitted in the offer, and working hours at the price indicated in the offer pro forma invoice (the price of the working hour includes travel and transport costs). /applies to lots 16, 17, 24/ 6. MAINTENANCE IN THE AGREEMENT PERIOD: during the 6-year guarantee period, the provider must ensure preventive maintenance and curative maintenance of the equipment (points 1 and 2). Service in the framework of curative maintenance is carried out at the request of the user, including all spare parts and consumables, as well as other necessary material and small inventory for the provision of services, including transport and all other costs. /applies to lots 21, 22, 25, 33, 34, 35 / Service works that will be required due to a tanning machine or incorrect handling of equipment by the user do not constitute maintenance works and the supplier is entitled to charge them according to the price list of spare parts and consumables provided in the offer, the prices of spare parts must reflect the real prices on the market, and the supplier must provide the prices of the repairer's working hours. Machinery is an external damage, as a result of wrong behavior, which is not on the side of the contractor or the user's behavior, which is not allowed and described in the instructions for handling or was not included in the application training of users. /applies to all lots except lot 23 / The subject of the contract is only new equipment.
