Description

The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan amounting to PLN 7000000 (in words: Seven million 00/100) in accordance with Resolution No 676.2011 of the Board of Tarnowski Districts of 5 October 2011 to finance the planned deficit of the Tarnów District in 2011 and to repay previously incurred liabilities in respect of securities issues and borrowings.
a. Loan period: 13 years.
b. Time limit for making available funds:
Tranche I: by 5.12.2011 – PLN 5 000 000;
Second tranche: 20.12.2011 – PLN 2 000 000.
C. Period of repayment of principal:52 instalments payable on a quarterly basis, on the last working day of each quarter and the last instalment on 31.12.2024
D. Privileged repayment of capital instalments:first instalment payable on 30.3.2012, last on 31.12.2024
e. Interest rate: 3 m WIBOR (3M) rate plus the margin proposed by the Contractor. (The base rate will be determined over a period of 3 months at the 3M WIBOR rate calculated as the arithmetic mean of the 3 months preceding its duration).
F. Interest will be calculated on the outstanding amount of the loan.
g. Interest periods:53 instalments payable in quarterly periods, on the last working day of each quarter, first instalment payable on 30.12.2011, last on 31.12.2024
H. The Bank’s other fees and commissions will not arise.
I. Type of guarantee: blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration.
J. The contracting authority reserves the use of part of the credit made available to him.
K. The contracting authority reserves the right to repay the credit early without additional charges and commissions.
L. Payments between the Contracting Authority and the selected Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys.
