Description

1.The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of pharmaceutical products listed in quantities and ranges and described in Annex 2a to the ToR. 2. The description of the subject-matter of the contract must be read together with any changes to the content of the specifications, which are at least the result of the replies given to the contractors’ requests. The quantities given are estimated
the demand for a period of 24 months is used to calculate the price of the tender (i.e. the maximum remuneration of the contractor). The contracting authority reserves the right not to purchase part of the product range
due to lack of demand.
3.Supply of the subject-matter of the contract will be carried out at the Contractor’s expense and risk.
