Description

On the Münsterberger Weg 97/99 plots in the western part of the former Wirtschaftshof, a range of parks of approximately 33.00 x 32.72 m is to be realised as a turnkey service.
The new car park will be built as a four-storey steel skeletal construction with prefabricated concrete components (such as ceilings, ramps). The height of the building from OK terrain is + 11.50 m (stairwell + 12.70 m). The total of 110 parking spaces is distributed over a total of 8 split levels. The wall of the car park to the Wirtschaftshof must be constructed as a fire wall. Stairwells are located in the western wall and in the south-eastern corner.
The design of the façade shall be trained with aluminium slat sections in horizontal direction three-sided and one-sided in the area of the fire wall without noise protection requirements.
