PL-Godów: Refuse and waste related services
The subject-matter of the contract is a service for the collection and management of municipal waste from the municipality of Gody.
The area of the municipality of Gods is 3 808 ha, with seven parishes: Gods, Gołkowice, Skrzyszów, Krostoszowice, Łaziska, Skrbeńsko, Podbucze.
There are 13193 persons registered in the Goda Municipality (as of 31 December 2012); the majority of residents live in only 35 people in single-family buildings. The number of residential properties is 3593. The above data may change as a result of population movements. The number of dwellings inhabited may increase as a result of housing in new buildings by about 40 buildings/year.
Before performing the contract, the Contractor shall equip owners of residential properties on which municipal waste is generated with a set of separate waste collection bags and identifiers. One set consists of: 3pm. yellow bag, 2nd. green bag, 1 blue bag, 1 bronze bag. When received on the following dates, segregation bags will be provided by the Contractor for replacement on a one-to-one basis.
The contractor will allow property owners to lease or purchase mixed waste containers according to the needs of the residents.
Containers of 110, 120 and 1 100 litres for mixed waste should also be equipped with permanent identifiers e.g. chips.
Where on-farm waste is collected and collected selectively, the property should be equipped with two types of identifiers, one for separately collected waste (selective municipal waste collection bags) and the other type of identifier per container for the collection of mixed municipal waste. The identifier on the bags should take the form of an individual barcode for each address point.
The export of mixed and separated waste will be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down in Resolution No XXVIII/209/12 of the Gody Municipal Council of 20 December 2012 on ‘the manner and scope of the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties’ – which is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR, and the Rules for the maintenance of cleanliness and order within the municipality of Gody referred to in Uchwale No XXVIII/189/12 of the Gody Municipal Council of 29 October 2012 – which constitutes Annex 2 to the ToR.
The Contractor is required to receive bulky waste, tyres and waste electrical and electronic equipment to be displayed by residents before the premises according to the agreed timetable.
The contractor is required to manage mixed municipal waste and sorting residues in accordance with the findings of the Provincial Community Waste Management Plan.
The list of localities with the list of household address points is set out in Annex 5/to the ToR.

Exports of separately collected waste from the point of separate collection should be carried out at least once a month, while biodegradable waste is green, exported at least once every two weeks.
Material scope of the subject-matter of the contract:
Covers the implementation period from 1 July 2013 to 31 December 2014.
The contractor must receive and manage the entire amount of municipal waste provided by owners of residential properties, including:
(a) mixed municipal waste and residues from waste separation,
(b) paper and paperboard,
(C) glass,
(D) plastics, metals, multi-material waste,
(e) biodegradable waste,
(F) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
(g) bulky waste,
(H) worn tyres.
The amount of municipal solid waste shall be calculated as estimated at:
(a) from 01/07/2013 – 2 000 tonnes
(b) 2014 – 4 000 tonnes
The amount of sorted waste is estimated at 436 tonnes per year:
(a) paper – 11.0 tonnes
(b) glass – 305.0 tonnes
(C) plastics and multi-material packaging – 110.0 tonnes
(D) biodegradable waste – 10.0 tonnes
The management of construction waste is not the subject of this contract, property owners will export the above-mentioned waste by means of a separate notification to entities holding an entry in a regulated activity in the municipality of Gody and for a separate fee paid to the service provider’s account.
