Description

This contract concerns the provision of assembly, dismantling and storage of equipment for the supply contracts in the City of Vincennes. The duration of the contract shall be 1 year from the date of notification. The contract is tacitly renewable, under the conditions laid down in the CCP, 3 times, for a period of 1 year, i.e. a maximum duration of 4 years. The time limits for the performance of the services are laid down in Article 6 of the special terms and conditions. The services will be remunerated on the basis of a breakdown of the total fixed price for the fixed part and on the unit price schedule for ad hoc services. Occasional services may vary up to a maximum of EUR 20 000 excluding tax over the duration of the contract.
