This contract is a framework agreement for the supply of standard supplies and services for the supply, delivery, distribution, installation and maintenance of containers for the collection of household and similar waste in the 11 communes of the Community of Communes Gally Mauldre (CCGM). This consultation is an open tender procedure in accordance with Articles L2124-2 and R2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The starting date for the services covered by the framework agreement is 1 January 2026. The duration of the framework agreement shall be four (4) years, i.e. forty-eight (48) months, from the date on which the services commence.
