Description

The purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude a works contract No 176/25 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘SOD’) with one participant for the purpose of a comprehensive supply, replacement, assembly, installation, commissioning and commissioning of technical safety technologies and construction – technical elements to ensure the protection of the building of assembly hall No 12 and No 15 in accordance with the wording of the SOD and its annexes, i.e. the Price List (Annex No 1 to the SOD) and drawing documentation (Annex No 2, No 3 to the SOD), throughout the period of effectiveness of the SOD. SOD is Annex 8 to this ZD. The subject of VZ also includes the provision of alarm security and emergency system (PZTS), electronic access control (ECV) and camera system (CCTV). Part of this VZ will be the elaboration of the installation scheme and implementation schedule, operator training, handover of documentation and inspection reports, provision of warranty and post-warranty service for a minimum period of 2 years. The contracting authority requires that all newly supplied components (e.g. cameras, sensors, access modules, switchboards, cabling, etc.) are fully compatible with the existing security system used by the contracting authority, both in terms of physical connection and software integration and central management capabilities. The contracting authority uses the system from the manufacturer NOVAR GmbH, including the central monitoring software WINMAG Plus.
