The subject of the contract is to perform for a period of 12 months - services consisting in cleaning and maintaining clean rooms and communication routes in facilities: − Regional Court in Przemyśl, ul. Konarski 6 - District Court in Lubaczów, ul. Mickiewicza 24 − District Court in Przeworsk, ul. Lwowska 9 and ul. Stepkiewicza 2 and in the premises of the ZWKW in Sieniawa, ul. Market 1 with the use of own (belonging to the Contractor) cleaning products, devices and equipment. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 parts corresponding to the organisational units to which the services will be provided, i.e.: Part I – covers the contract for the facility which is the seat of the Regional Court in Przemyśl. The object should be understood as a building located at ul. Konarskigo 6, with four above-ground floors and one underground floor – with a total area of almost 4.5 thousand m2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for Lot I is set out in Annex 1. Part II – covers the contract for the facilities where the seat of the Lubaczów District Court is located. It consists of two buildings at ul. Mickiewicza 24, with two floors – with a total area of over 1,300 m2. The detailed description of the contract for Lot II is set out in Annex 2. Part III – covers the contract for the facilities constituting the seat of the District Court in Przeworsk and the Local Land Registry Division in Sieniawa. The Court has two buildings in Przeworsk: − at ul. Lwowska 9, with three above-ground floors and one underground floor – with a total area of almost 1,500 m2. − at ul. Stepkiewicza 2, with two above-ground floors and one underground floor – with a total area of almost 400 m2. The court also uses the premises at ul. Market 1 with an area of almost 150 m2.
