The Assignment includes the temporary Storage and Destruction of Laughing Gas (including the Unpreparation of Packaging). The acquisition takes place through a so-called European public procurement procedure and concerns an electronic acquisition procedure that takes place entirely via Mercell Source to Contract (hereinafter the Procurement Platform). In the event of discrepancies of information stated on the Tender Platform or TenderNed and in the Tender Documents, what is stated in the Tender Documents shall prevail. All the minimum requirements that the Police imposes on this Assignment are described in the Program of Requirements that can be downloaded separately via the Procurement Platform.
