Description

The subject of this framework agreement is the construction of photovoltaic power plants on the territory of Sipperec. More specifically, the work operations will be carried out on properties belonging to the communities that have delegated their "renewable energy" competence to Sipperec. Photovoltaic power plants can be installed, in particular, on all types of roofs, in shades, or on the ground. The Specific Technical Clauses (STC) specify the services expected and the conditions for the performance of those services already known at the stage of the framework agreement. The Specific Terms and Conditions (STC) that will be submitted when each subsequent contract is awarded will specify the implementing arrangements and will complement the technical specifications of the FPA and the administrative specifications of the Framework Agreement.
