Description

1.The subject of the contract is the delivery of a medium rescue and firefighting car category II - grounded for the Municipality of Ochotnica Dolna. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3.The Contractor shall ensure that the vehicle delivered: 1)it is brand new, fully functional, without defects, non-demonstration, not subject to exposure, 2)year of chassis production: not older than 2023, (3) has an engine, chassis and cab from the same manufacturer, (4) has a valid chassis approval certificate, (5) has a valid certificate of approval issued by the CNBOP-PIB, (6) meets the general and specific requirements in accordance with PN-EN 1846-1 or equivalent and 1846-2 or equivalent. 4.
