Description

We ask for an offer for the purchase services of an agricultural lay-off for the Toholammi lay-off local unit. In this call for tenders, we complement the previous call for tenders 2025-2026. Toholammi's replacement services operate in the municipalities of Alavieska, Halsua, Kaustinen, Lestijärvi, Kärsämäki, Merijärvi, Perho, Pyhäjoki, Reisjärvi, Sievi, Toholammi and Vetel, Haapajärvi, Haapavesi, Kalajoki, Kannus, Nivala, Oulainen, Pyhäjärvi, Raahe and Ylivieska, and the former municipalities of Ullava, Kälviä and Lohtaja from the city of Kokkola. It is a framework contract which does not impose an obligation to purchase a certain number of interlocks. Duration of the contract 1 year. The contract will start on 1 January 2026. The tender must indicate the contact person and contact details, the name of the operator and the business ID in whose name the tender is made. The services comply with the Farmers' Replacement Services Act (20.12.1996/1231) and Decree (30.12.1996/1333) in force at the time. The procurement is divided into two geographical areas made up of municipalities and towns in the local unit and within these seven sub-components according to the production sectors. The tender may cover all sectors of production or one or more lots. Production areas to be provided 1) Dairy cow care in an automatic dairy farm 2) Dairy cow care in a milking station, asparagus shed 3) Pig and fattening pig care 4) Horse care 5) Bovine, beef cattle care 6) Sheep and goat care
