1. Subject-matter of the contract: ‘Removal of municipal waste from the municipality of Svishtov to the Sanadinovo regional landfill in the municipality of Svishtov. Nikopol – 2026’. 2. Description of the subject of the contract: Provision of services for the transport of municipal solid waste from the municipality of Svishtov to the Sanadinovo regional landfill. The transportation will be carried out from an overloading site of the Assignor according to the respective schedule and route as follows: Svishtov to the Sanadinovo Regional Depot, obsht. Nikopol, route length 35 km. (Svishtov, Oresh, Tatari, Petokladentsi near the Regional landfill). Timetable of removal: daily, on the working days of the week. The service is a set of activities related to the transport and loading of household waste from the Contracting Authority’s transhipment site in Svishtov. The transport of household waste should be carried out by lorry, with a minimum of 30 cubic metres of household waste transported per trip. The Contractor must ensure the loading of the household waste from the truck's site, and the Assignor will pay a maximum of 2 (two) hours for work when loading min. 30 cubic meters of household waste. The Contractor is obliged to take all necessary actions to ensure safe traffic conditions as well as the protection of roads and road accessories. The Contractor shall keep teams on standby to ensure traffic safety in the event of accidents, accidents and other emergencies occurring on municipal roads subject to the contract, signalling with mobile road signs and balos according to the possible hazards, and in the shortest possible time to rectify the consequences of the accident, if necessary. In the event of serious or chain accidents, the Contractor shall provide access to the section in agreement with the Contracting Authority. Estimated amount of household waste up to 8 000 tonnes in 12 months. The contracting authority is not bound by the estimated amount of household waste to be transported. The contracting authority will assign the service depending on the actual quantities of household waste and the funds provided by the municipal budget.
