Description

Award of the overall management service for the ‘P. Maglione’ protected residence located in the municipality of Laigueglia, including protective, nursing, rehabilitative and hotel services as well as the operation of the day centre for elderly people and the preparation and transport of hot meals to the home of elderly people living in the municipality and taken over by the municipal social service.
The maintenance of the building and the installations and/or equipment contained therein shall form an integral part of the subject matter of the contract, with the supply and installation of furnishings and equipment to supplement those already in the structure, suppellet, linen and any other equipment necessary to enable the structure to function, as well as the progressive replacement of old or worn items. The operator must also maintain and maintain and maintain the appropriate areas of the protected residence, including green areas.
The operator must maintain a contract with ASL 2 Savonese for the hospitality of elderly people with a share of health at the expense of the health authority, to date quantified at 3 places, and the agreement already in place with the ASL’s mental health service for 2 posts.
