Description

The purpose of this consultation is to acquire horticultural products for communal nurseries, and includes 5 lots. It follows an initial procedure declared unsuccessful. Each lot corresponds to a single-awarded framework agreement which will be executed by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The framework agreement shall be concluded for one year from its notification and shall be tacitly renewable for each annual period up to a maximum of four years. In case of reaching the maximum threshold, it can be renewed in advance for a new period, without ever being able to exceed 4 years of execution. The total duration of any renewal period combined will thus be reduced in proportion to the anticipated months
