The subject of the contract is the delivery of a mechanical, ultrastable cryogenic system with helium in a closed system to the Wrocław University of Technology. 2. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, delivery, installation and introductory instruction for the Ordering Party (4 days at the seat of the Ordering Party). The scope of the contract also includes the provision of a quality guarantee and performance of services resulting from it. The Contracting Authority will consider the condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that he has carried out properly in the last (3) three years before the deadline for submission of tenders, and if the period of activity is shorter – during this period, at least two deliveries of equipment corresponding to its type of delivery being the subject of the contract, i.e. ultrastable cryogenic systems in a closed circuit with a value of not less than PLN 800 000.00 gross each delivery. For the above-mentioned values indicated by the Contractor in a currency other than PLN, the Contracting Authority will accept a conversion rate based on the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland for a given currency on the date of initiation of this procedure (i.e. on the date of publication of the contract notice to the DU. 11.
