Description

The framework agreement will be used to commission expert services related to land acquisition and real estate management in the regions of Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu and Lapland in 2025-2028. On the basis of this framework contract, the contractors (ELY Centres) commission a consultant, as the contractor’s guardian, to carry out assignments related to land acquisition and real estate under the mandates defined in this framework contract. The framework agreement also includes tasks related to the management of the client's real estate assets, which the service provider must perform appropriately and to the extent required by the framework agreement in the interest of the client. The assignments include, for example, the following tasks in accordance with the operating instructions of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency: - road and track compensation activities - real estate management - valuation of real estate - other expert tasks In addition, separate tasks related to land acquisition and real estate management can be ordered through this framework agreement: - research and development tasks - other unspecified expert services (e.g. preliminary studies, cost estimates, expert opinions, risk assessments and analyses, etc.) - project secretarial tasks, etc. The service provided by the company must cover all the above-mentioned tasks.
