The subject-matter of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement without reopening competition between the contracting authority and a single supplier, whose tender will be assessed as the most economically advantageous, on the basis of which partial service contracts relating to the subject-matter defined below will be concluded. Partial contracts can be concluded up to the financial limit of the framework agreement, which is 12.000.000,- CZK without VAT. The limit shall also apply to the unit prices indicated in the successful tenderer's tender which cannot be exceeded in the performance. The subject of the performance is to ensure continuous administration, development and operation of the design system gov.cz, including the design and implementation of new components and templates, maintenance and refactoring of existing elements, ensuring accessibility according to WCAG 2.1/2.2 and EN 301 549, operation of infrastructure and methodological support. The subject of performance also includes ensuring the continuous provision of operational services defined in the Service Catalogue (DS-01 – DS-03), which are provided continuously for the duration of the Framework Agreement. The catalogue of services consists of Annex 8 to this ZD and Annex 1B to the Draft Framework Agreement (Annex 4 to this ZD). The subject of performance of the public contract is further specified in the draft framework agreement (Annex 4 to this TD) and in the technical specification (Annex 7 to this TD).
