Description

Onderhavig bestek heeft betrekking op een dienstenopdracht voor de aanstelling van een ontwerper (architect), belast met: 1. de afbraak van de bestaande feestzaal; 2. het ontwerp en de heropbouw van een vrijetijdscentrum; 3. het ontwerp en de realisatie van een administratief centrum, ruimtelijk en functioneel geïntegreerd met het vrijetijdscentrum. De opdracht betreft een volledige architectuuropdracht, met inbegrip van alle prestaties noodzakelijk voor de realisatie en oplevering van het project. De opdracht omvat onder meer: • projectanalyse en voorstudies; • opmaak van voorontwerp, definitief ontwerp en uitvoeringsontwerp; • opmaak van het aanbestedingsdossier; • bijstand bij de gunning van de werken; • leiding en opvolging van de werken; • coördinatie van de betrokken studiebureaus; • opmaak en/of coördinatie van het EPB-dossier; • opmaak van het as-built-dossier; • begeleiding bij de voorlopige en definitieve oplevering. Het totale projectbudget bedraagt: € 5.250.000 inclusief btw Dit budget omvat: • alle bouw- en infrastructuurwerken; • technische installaties; • studiekosten en erelonen; • veiligheidscoördinatie; • onvoorzienbare kosten. De ontwerper is verplicht dit budget te respecteren en het ontwerp hierop af te stemmen.
