Description

Works within sensitive city centre location will include the construction of a reinforced concrete flood wall at top of river bank, clad in stone. Other areas will require flood embankments. Piled foundations to control seepage required throughout. Drainage and pumping stations to be constructed to control runoff and seepage. Reinstatement will include high quality streetscaping and landscaping. Management of traffic, business and residential concerns will be key to the successful delivery. Enabling works (including necessary service diversions) will be completed by 3rd party prior to start.
